BAO steam kitchen is a new dumpling only concept restaurant in the heart of Geneva. We serve baos, a small brioche-type dumpling steamed cooked in a bamboo basket and filled with our traditional Chinese recipes.
At BAO Steam Kitchen, we have carefully selected the best ingredients to make our baos. We work with fresh products and, as often as we can, we source our food from local and eco-friendly providers.
All our baos are entirely hand-made by our chefs with love, a few moments before being steam cooked and served in bamboo steamers, ready to be shared with your friends! We have also a tasty wine selection for you to enjoy your dumplings in the best way imaginable.
