Our delicious dumplings are  made by us with love and by hand. We only use Swiss meat.

Our cuisine is essentially based on fresh and handmade products.

Whenever possible, we work with local operators, who deliver  us their ​ products on a daily basis.

Our wine and saké selection is focused on finding small and talented winemakers and brewers (Toji), who work essentially with organic viticulture
